With over 10 years of expertise in VDC and BIM, especially in the fields of thermal, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical plants, he is well-equipped to handle multidisciplinary projects. His strength lies in implementing modern software and processes, which optimize planning and collaboration from the outset. BIM360, Revizto, and Navisworks are among his favorite tools. In his free time, you can find Ivan on his gravel bike, traveling, or hiking.
Since the beginning at Rhyba Engineering and its predecessor company, and with over 9 years of experience in the marketing field, Sarina is responsible for operational management with us. Blessed with organizational skills, attention to detail, and determination, there is nothing she cannot turn from plan into reality. When all her to-dos are completed, you can find Sarina climbing peaks, cycling, or at the gym, as she prefers to move forward rather than stand still.
Active in construction for 9 years, in plant engineering for 5 years Yanik has provided his expertise to Novartis, Böhringer in Ingelheim and Bachem in Bubendorf, among others. His hobby is CAD modeling with various software (including Revizto, which he appreciates for its innovative and user-friendly software) and 3D scanning. In addition to his work, he also likes to wrap his hands around a floorball stick – or football tickets. Because Yanik has a special hobby: groundhopping. This means that Yanik wants to visit as many football stadiums as possible.¨
22 years of experience in engineering. After an apprenticeship as a millwright, Meriton worked first as a plant layout designer and then as a project manager, including in plant construction for Nespresso in Switzerland and for a company that builds industrial bakery plants in Saudi Arabia. What we particularly appreciate about Meriton is his analytical thinking, the way he independently develops customized solutions and brings his in-depth specialist knowledge to every project. He keeps an eye on all facets during project management, from risk management and cost control to the maintenance plan.
Mark has been working with us as a BIM Coordinator and Project Manager since October 2024. Prior to that, he gained valuable experience in plant engineering and managed complex projects. His career began in 2009 at an international company in Austria, where he held various positions for over ten years. These included roles in transformer construction, warehouse management, order processing, and technical maintenance of production facilities. He brings diverse experience and solid technical expertise to successfully coordinate and execute challenging projects.
Thomas is a project and process engineer with nine years of experience in the life sciences industry. After completing his doctorate, he held various positions – from process engineer to team lead – and was responsible for technical planning, process optimization, and the implementation of complex plant projects.
His project experience includes the construction of a large fractionation plant, the expansion of a production line for biopharmaceutical active ingredients, and the expansion of a large peptide synthesis production facility. In doing so, he worked on investment projects worth hundreds of millions.
Thomas has a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to his work. His preferred tools include Revizto, AutoCAD, Total Commander, and Inkscape.
In his free time, he enjoys bouldering and spending time with his family.

In the field since 2016. A sense for elegant designs and a flair for the art of functional shaping: Matija proves for us every day that you can do more than just build furniture or sculptures. He is a CAD artist – his favorite tools and media are AutoCAD, Plant 3D, Advance Steel, CadWorx and Revit. Matija’s toughest critics, idea providers and favorite people: his family.
In the field since 2015, Matija’s favorite tool is AutoCAD – for good reason: it’s intuitive to use because it was developed by real all-rounders who can both code and design. Speaking of designing: Matija has a soft spot for DIY – for the sake of his girlfriend. To paraphrase Deon Jackson: Love makes the world go around.
After completing his Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, he worked as a technical draughtsman, designer for machines and ship systems, site manager and plant planner. In his spare time, Zoran creates things you can touch: He uses CNC machines to process wood, plastics and soft metals – or models them by hand to create decorative furniture and design objects.
In the field for 4 years. Filip gained most of his experience at a customer where he was jointly responsible for plant design and 2D layout. He particularly enjoys working in Revit because of its versatility, the direct link between 3D models and 2D documentation and the BIM functionality that automatically updates any changes across all plans.
